평양시 평천구역 평천동 홍복사 터에 있던 고려시대 석탑이다. 여러 차례 옮겨진 이후, 현재는 평양시 모란봉구역 개선동 용화사 앞뜰에 자리하고 있다. 탑의 높이 5.35m이다.
